Project: Paper to CAD Conversions
Client:
Adventure Systems Climbing Walls
Project: Produce a set of AutoCAD drawings for climbing wall shapes that
protrude out from the flat surface of the wall. Convert each 3D shape into
a 2D drawing in a DXF format for a CNC (computer numerical control) machine
to cut the pieces from plywood. We had to calculate the miter cut angles
with Pro-E and export the files to AutoCAD. We also had to place the drill
holes in a specific pattern per the clients specifications.
